The current situation demands a lot from all of us. The pandemic will not leave us unaffected. However, we are there for you as usual and all our services continue as usual, albeit with small changes:
- Our revised customer service makes it easier for you to contact us
- We have further expanded our hygiene precautions. In addition to gloves when packing (always standard for us) we now also wear mouth protection for your safety.
- We have introduced higher hygiene standards in purchasing to protect our employees
- Due to the lack of a minimum distance we are currently unable to perform refractions
Please also note the following points:
- Please refrain from unannounced visits on site. However, we will be happy to continue to be at your disposal with appointments on site
- Due to the overloaded parcel deliverers, the delivery times of the parcels may be extended. We do everything to make sure that your parcels reach you as quickly as usual.
- If possible, clean the frames with detergent before sending (purchase and returns)
- Due to higher hygiene standards in purchasing and returns, it may take a little longer to process your shipments

- Free return shipment in case of not liking/fitting within Germany
- Purchase on invoice via PayPal-Invoice with 30 days payment term
