Payment on account

Payment on account we offer via PayPal invoice. When paying with PayPal invoice, Landario UG (limited) will transfer the claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et CIE, S.C.A. from. Payments with a debt-discharging effect can only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et CIE, S.C.A. The payment period is 14 days after receipt of the invoice. Payments directly to Landario can not be booked in this case. To pay by PayPal invoice, you will need NO PayPal customer account.

Payment in advance

Pay conveniently by bank transfer is no problem for us. Please settle the amount within 14 days after receipt of the confirmation email. We ship your goods immediately upon receipt of payment!

Payment by PayPal & Credit Card

PayPal and credit card payments are conveniently and securely offered via PayPal. During the payment process you will be redirected to PayPal's payment page. In this case is PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et CIE, S.C.A. responsible. Immediately after receipt of payment, your order will be processed. For the payment with PayPal you need a PayPal customer account. For payment by credit card via PayPal you need NO PayPal customer account.


Our packages will be sent on receipt of payment with tracking option via DHL or Deutsche Post Brief. The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees and postage. Orders placed separately can not normally be combined. To save shipping costs, we advise you to combine several items in one order.

Shipping time

Usually our packages require 1-2 working days for national shipping and up to 3-7 working days for international shipping. When ordering versions with correction values, the shipping time increases to 7-14 working days. International shipments may take up to 21 days to deliver because of the longer transit time and customs clearance at the shipping company.

Shipping container

As shipping packaging, we use sturdy shipping boxes made of recycled raw materials, which are lined with paper as filling material. Your new preused glasses is also safely protected in our Landario hard case (larger version in a microfiber bag).

For returned goods, please use the return function of the order in your customer account. If the return is justified, pack the items again, if possible, in the original shipping box (including case) and send them back to us. After completion of the return you will receive your refund. Costs for self-initiated returns can not be considered. Return costs outside Germany / Austria / Switzerland must be borne by the buyer.

Shipment of customer frames

After completing our purchase form, you will receive an email with a shipping label to us. If you place several sales inquiries within two business days, you will receive only one shipping label for them. Pack your preused glasses carefully and break-proof in a suitable and well-padded cardboard box. Best in addition in a hard shell glasses case. Roll-shaped shipping boxes are not allowed. The total weight of the box must not exceed 1kg. Damaged spectacle frames are excluded from purchase. The purchase of preused branded glasses takes place exclusively from Germany.
