Our packages are shipped upon receipt of payment with tracking option via DHL or Deutsche Post BRIEF. Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees and postage. Orders placed separately can not normally be combined. To save shipping costs and protect the environment, we advise you to combine several items in one order. Processing time

We always try to process your order as soon as possible. If your order is received before the following times, it will be shipped on the same day, otherwise on the next business day. Due to holidays, changes in DHL pickup times or other factors beyond our control, shipping may be delayed in exceptional cases.

Shipment time

Generally, our packages take 1-3 business days for domestic shipping and up to 3-21 business days for international shipping. When ordering frames with prescription values, the processing time before shipping increases to 7-14 business days. International shipments, due to longer transit time and customs clearance at the shipping company, may require up to 21 days for delivery.

Shipping package

As shipping packaging we use sturdy shipping boxes made from recycled raw materials, which are lined with paper as filler material. Your new frame is also in our Landario microfiber pouch, or if included, in the original case. If you order our Landario case with your new frame, the frame will be shipped in the landario case.

Returns

For goods returns, please use the return function of the respective order. Your return label can be requested at www.landario.com/retoure .If the return is justified, repackage the items, if possible, in the original shipping packaging (including case) and return them to us. Once the return is complete, you will receive your refund. Costs for self-initiated returns cannot be considered. The direct costs of returning the goods from Germany shall be borne by Landario, unless the order was collected from Landario. For "Click & Collect" orders, a return in the shop, or the return at the expense of the buyer is possible. The return costs from other countries shall be borne by the buyer.

Sending spectacle frames

After you have filled out our purchase form, you will receive an email with a shipping label for free shipping to Landario. If you make multiple sales requests within two business days, you will receive only one shipping label for each. Pack your frame(s) carefully and unbreakably in a suitable and well-padded box. It is best to additionally pack them in a hard case. Roll-shaped shipping cartons are not permitted. The total weight of the box must not exceed 1kg. Damaged frames are excluded from purchase.

No matter which payment method you choose, Landario will not charge you extra for your selection.

Payment in advance (bankwire)

Conveniently pay by bank transfer in advance is no problem for us. Please pay the amount within 14 days after receiving the confirmation email. We will ship your order immediately upon receipt of payment!

Payments with PayPal and credit card are offered conveniently and securely via PayPal. During the payment process you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page. In this case, PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et CIE, S.C.A. is responsible for the payment. Immediately after receipt of payment your order will be processed. For payment with PayPal you need a PayPal account. For payment with credit card via PayPal you do NOT need a PayPal account.

Payment via Amazon Payments

Payments with Amazon Payments (Amazon Pay) are offered conveniently and securely via Amazon Payments. During the payment process you will be redirected to the payment page of Amazon Payments. In this case, Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A., 5 Rue Plaetis, L-2338 Luxembourg is responsible for the payment. Immediately after receipt of payment your order will be processed. For the payment with Amazon Payments you need an Amazon customer account.
